Information submitted for a service request may be used to respond, arrange appointments, communicate about work, and maintain related service records. The information needed depends on the service requested. Website hosting and communications providers may process information when you use their services. External services, including WhatsApp, have their own privacy policies.

Google Calendar connections

If an authorized user connects a Google Calendar account, access depends on the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen. The scheduling integration may use calendar availability and appointment-event details to support scheduling and calendar synchronization. Authorization credentials may be stored by the scheduling backend to maintain the connection. Appointment details sent to a connected calendar are also processed by Google and are visible according to that calendar’s sharing settings. Do not place unnecessary sensitive information in appointment notes.

You may revoke the app’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access; it does not automatically remove events or other records already created. Contact us to request review or deletion of records held by the service. This notice does not assert that every Calendar feature is available or that Google has verified the app.

Hosting, cookies, and technical information

Our website is hosted on Systeme.io. Hosting providers and your browser may use cookies and technical information needed to deliver the site. Any optional tools or integrations may have additional notices or controls. You can manage cookies through your browser; disabling them may affect functionality.

Retention and your choices
